We stand behind every project we install.
Comprehensive warranty programs that combine manufacturer coverage with our own workmanship guarantee — protecting your investment and giving you the peace of mind you deserve.
Manufacturer materials, our workmanship — both in writing.
A roof has two ways to fail: the materials or the installation. So we back both. Every system we install pairs a manufacturer's material warranty with our own written workmanship warranty — the only way a homeowner is truly covered from the underlayment to the ridge cap.
The strongest manufacturer coverage isn't automatic. Programs like GAF's Golden Pledge® and WindProven™ and Owens Corning's full-system protection can only be registered by certified contractors who install the complete system to spec. Since 2014 we've held those GAF and Owens Corning certifications across Greater Houston — so we can put the best available coverage on your home.
We register every warranty in your name, hand you the documentation, and keep a copy on file. The coverage transfers if you sell — and after a Gulf Coast hail season, that paperwork is worth more than most homeowners realize.
Every system we install is backed in writing.
GAF Golden Pledge®
Our strongest GAF system warranty — up to 50 years of material-defect coverage plus 25 years on the installation. Only GAF-certified contractors can register it, and it includes a factory inspection of your finished roof.
GAF WindProven™
Install the full LayerLock™ shingle system with qualifying GAF components and your roof carries WindProven coverage — the industry's only wind warranty with no maximum wind-speed limitation. That matters on the Gulf Coast.
Owens Corning TruPROtection®
As an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, we register their full-system warranties — extended material coverage plus TruPROtection® on labor — when your roof is built as a complete Owens Corning Total Protection Roofing System®.
TPC Workmanship Warranty
Beyond anything the manufacturer covers, every roof we install carries our own written 10-year workmanship warranty on the labor. If the installation is ever the problem, we make it right — in person, with our own crews.
Pella Window Warranty
As a certified Pella installer, your windows carry Pella's applicable manufacturer warranty on the units plus our workmanship warranty on the installation — flashing, sealing, and trim integration included.
Registered & Transferable
We register every manufacturer warranty in your name after the job and hand you the documentation — no chasing paperwork. Because coverage follows the home, it transfers to the next owner, which is a real selling point at closing.
Clear on coverage before you ever need it.
A warranty only helps if you know what it does — and doesn't — protect. Here's the honest breakdown, plus exactly how to start a claim if the day ever comes.
Covered
- Manufacturing defects in the shingles, underlayment, and system components
- Installation and workmanship errors on the labor we performed
- Leaks traced to a covered material defect or our installation
- Tear-off, disposal, and re-installation labor under qualifying system warranties
- Wind damage up to the rated speed — with no maximum limit under WindProven™
Typically not covered
- Hail and named-storm damage — that's a homeowners-insurance claim (we handle those too)
- Damage from foot traffic, satellite dishes, or repairs made by other contractors
- Problems caused by inadequate attic ventilation or deferred maintenance
- Roof penetrations or modifications added after we finish the job
- Normal wear once a warranty term has expired
How to make a claim
Call us first — don't go straight to the manufacturer. We come out, diagnose the issue on-site, and handle the manufacturer paperwork for you. If it turns out to be storm or hail damage, we'll pivot and walk the insurance claim with you instead.
Warranty questions
The questions Houston homeowners ask most about what's covered, for how long, and what happens if they sell.
We'll walk you through every line of every warranty.
