The manufacturer warranty (GAF, Owens Corning, Pella) covers defects in the materials themselves. Our workmanship warranty covers the installation — the labor, flashing, and detailing we performed. A roof is only as good as both, which is why every project we install carries both layers.

How long are your roofing warranties?

Manufacturer material coverage runs up to 50 years on qualifying GAF and Owens Corning systems, and our written workmanship warranty covers the installation for 10 years. We confirm the exact term for your product line in writing before any work begins.

Is my warranty transferable if I sell my home?

Yes. Manufacturer system warranties are tied to the home and can be transferred to the next owner — often a strong selling point at closing. We'll walk you through the transfer terms for your specific coverage.

Do I have to register my warranty myself?

No — we register it in your name after the job is finished and give you the documentation for your records. If you ever can't find it, call us at (832) 965-3722 and we'll pull your file.

Does my warranty cover storm, hail, or wind damage?

Sudden storm and hail damage is handled through your homeowners-insurance policy, not a material warranty — though WindProven™ removes the wind-speed cap on qualifying GAF systems. Either way, call us first: we inspect, document, and walk the insurance claim with you.

What can void a roof warranty?

A roof has two ways to fail: the materials or the installation. So we back both. Every system we install pairs a manufacturer's material warranty with our own written workmanship warranty — the only way a homeowner is truly covered from the underlayment to the ridge cap.

The strongest manufacturer coverage isn't automatic. Programs like GAF's Golden Pledge® and WindProven™ and Owens Corning's full-system protection can only be registered by certified contractors who install the complete system to spec. Since 2014 we've held those GAF and Owens Corning certifications across Greater Houston — so we can put the best available coverage on your home.

We register every warranty in your name, hand you the documentation, and keep a copy on file. The coverage transfers if you sell — and after a Gulf Coast hail season, that paperwork is worth more than most homeowners realize.

Our strongest GAF system warranty — up to 50 years of material-defect coverage plus 25 years on the installation. Only GAF-certified contractors can register it, and it includes a factory inspection of your finished roof.
GAF WindProven™
Install the full LayerLock™ shingle system with qualifying GAF components and your roof carries WindProven coverage — the industry's only wind warranty with no maximum wind-speed limitation. That matters on the Gulf Coast.
Owens Corning TruPROtection®
As an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor, we register their full-system warranties — extended material coverage plus TruPROtection® on labor — when your roof is built as a complete Owens Corning Total Protection Roofing System®.
TPC Workmanship Warranty
Beyond anything the manufacturer covers, every roof we install carries our own written 10-year workmanship warranty on the labor. If the installation is ever the problem, we make it right — in person, with our own crews.
Pella Window Warranty
As a certified Pella installer, your windows carry Pella's applicable manufacturer warranty on the units plus our workmanship warranty on the installation — flashing, sealing, and trim integration included.

How to make a claim

Call us first — don't go straight to the manufacturer. We come out, diagnose the issue on-site, and handle the manufacturer paperwork for you. If it turns out to be storm or hail damage, we'll pivot and walk the insurance claim with you instead.
