Texas Premier Contractors provides residential roofing, gutters, siding, attic insulation, and window installation services in Greater Houston, Texas. Service availability, pricing, and warranty terms are defined in your written project agreement, not on this website.

Free estimates are provided based on visual inspection and information you supply. Final scope and pricing may change once work begins if conditions are different than what was visible during the estimate (for example, hidden decking damage). Changes are documented in writing and approved before additional work proceeds.

Manufacturer warranties on materials are governed by the respective manufacturers (GAF, Owens Corning, Pella, etc.) and their terms. Our workmanship warranty is documented in writing with each project. See the warranties page for general information.

We assist with insurance claim documentation and adjuster coordination. We are not licensed insurance adjusters and do not negotiate coverage with your carrier on your behalf. Final claim decisions rest with your insurance company.
