Texas Premier Contractors
Interior · Remodeling & Restoration

The craftsmanship from your roof, now inside the house.

Kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home remodels, and post-storm interior restoration — performed by the same in-house crew that handles our roofing and exterior work. One contract, one project manager, one warranty file.

Interior remodeling done right

The hardest part of a remodel isn't the demo.

Most interior remodels go wrong in the same places: poor moisture-management when a slab or wall is opened up, rushed drywall transitions, finish carpentry that doesn't land, and a project manager who disappears between trades. We approach interior work the way we approach roofing — with substrate-first thinking, written scopes, and one team accountable from demo to final walkthrough.

Many of our interior projects start the same way: a roof or window leak that left ceilings stained, drywall sagging, or flooring buckled. We already know your home from the outside. Bringing the same crew inside means clear handoffs, no buck-passing, and a single warranty covering both layers of the work.

From a single bathroom refresh to a full whole-home renovation between roofs, our interior team handles design coordination, demolition, framing, drywall, paint, tile, flooring, cabinetry, plumbing/electrical coordination, and finish carpentry — at the same craftsmanship standard you'd expect from a custom roof.

What we do

Services built around the work.

  • Kitchen remodeling

Full kitchen renovations — cabinetry, countertops (quartz, granite, marble), tile backsplashes, hardwood and luxury vinyl plank flooring, lighting and electrical layout, plumbing rough-in coordination, and appliance installation.

  • Bathroom remodeling

Primary baths, hall baths, and powder rooms — custom tile showers, freestanding tubs, double vanities, heated floors, custom millwork, and the waterproofing details that make a bathroom last 20+ years in Houston humidity.

  • Whole-home renovations

Phased whole-home renovations coordinated room-by-room so you can stay in the home, or all-at-once gut renovations when the project warrants it. Includes structural changes, layout reconfiguration, and full systems updates.

  • Post-storm interior restoration

Water-damaged ceilings, walls, insulation, flooring, and cabinetry after a roof leak, hurricane, or hailstorm. We coordinate with your insurance adjuster on both exterior and interior scope so nothing slips between trades.

  • Drywall, paint & finish carpentry

Drywall repair and full skim coats, interior and exterior paint, baseboards, casing, crown molding, built-ins, wainscoting, and stair detail work. The finish work that separates a flip from a forever home.

  • Workmanship warranty

Every interior project carries our written workmanship warranty. Cabinetry, flooring, tile, and appliances also carry their respective manufacturer warranties, registered in your name and transferable at resale.

Why us

Why hiring one contractor for roof and interior pays off.

  • Single accountability after a storm

When a hailstorm or hurricane damages both the roof and the interior, splitting the claim across two contractors is where money and warranty coverage go to die. We document and repair both — and the adjuster sees one estimate, one schedule, one signature.

  • Substrate-first thinking

Roof crews understand water management at every penetration. We bring the same discipline to a kitchen sink, a primary bath, a mudroom slab, or a laundry plumbing rough-in. Most interior failures are substrate failures — we catch them in scoping, not at warranty time.

  • In-house, never subcontracted

Our drywallers, tile setters, painters, finish carpenters, and project managers are on our payroll — not pulled in from a temp pool the morning of demolition. Same shirts, same trucks, same standard.

  • Design coordination, not design lock-in

Bring your designer, bring your architect, or use our in-house design coordinator to pick finishes, layouts, and fixtures. We work with whoever you already trust — and we'll tell you up front if a spec is going to fight Houston's humidity or building code.

  • Transparent scope and pricing

Written, line-itemed estimates. Allowance items called out clearly so 'tile' isn't a black-box line. Change orders documented, signed, and priced before work happens — not added to the final invoice as a surprise.

Common questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

  • Do you handle interior work outside of post-storm restoration?

Yes. About half of our interior projects are planned remodels — kitchens, baths, whole-home renovations — for homeowners who started with us on a roof or exterior project, and want the same crew inside. We also take stand-alone interior remodeling projects from new customers.

  • How long does a kitchen or bathroom remodel take?

Standard bathroom remodels run 3–5 weeks from demo to final punch-list. Kitchens run 6–10 weeks depending on cabinetry lead time. Whole-home renovations run 3–6 months. We provide a detailed week-by-week schedule before the project starts, and we update it weekly.

  • Can I live in the house during the remodel?

For a single-bathroom or single-room remodel — usually yes. For a kitchen — most homeowners set up a temporary kitchen in a dining room or garage. For a whole-home gut renovation — usually no, and we'll discuss timing so you can plan a short-term rental or stay with family.

  • Do you handle plumbing and electrical work?

We coordinate plumbing and electrical with our licensed trade partners. Texas requires licensed plumbers and electricians to pull their own permits and perform their own work — we never DIY around those licenses. Their work appears as a separate line on your estimate so you see the full cost.

  • How does insurance coverage work for storm-related interior damage?

If a covered exterior event (hail, hurricane, fallen tree, wind-driven rain) caused interior water damage, your homeowners policy typically covers both. We document the interior damage with photos and a Xactimate-style scope, share it directly with your adjuster, and incorporate any approved interior scope into the same project as the exterior repair.

  • What does an interior remodel cost in Houston?

Bathroom remodels in Greater Houston typically run $18,000–$55,000 depending on fixtures, tile, and structural changes. Kitchen remodels run $45,000–$150,000+. Whole-home renovations vary widely — $80,000–$400,000+ depending on square footage and scope. Every project gets a written line-itemed estimate after an on-site walk-through.
