The same five steps, every single roof.
No storm-chaser playbook. No surprise change orders. A predictable process Houston homeowners and insurance adjusters both trust.
Predictable. Documented. Warrantied.
After more than a decade replacing roofs across Greater Houston, we've learned exactly where projects go sideways — usually the bid, the insurance scope, the install crew, or the cleanup. Our five-step process exists to eliminate every one of those failure points before it becomes your problem.
Every project gets the same workflow: a free 48-hour inspection, a written line-item estimate, insurance support where applicable, an in-house install crew, and a final walkthrough with magnetic sweep and warranty registration in your hands.
When something unexpected comes up — decking rot under the underlayment, a hidden flashing issue at the chimney, a code requirement the bid didn't anticipate — you hear about it the day we find it, with photos and a written supplement. No surprises at the end of the job.
Services built around the work.
01 · Free 48-hour inspection
A HAAG-trained inspector is on your roof within two business days. Drone footage, hand-held photos of every slope, decking notes, ventilation check, gutter condition — all documented before you decide anything.
02 · Honest written estimate
Every line itemized: tear-off, decking, underlayment, shingles, ridge venting, flashing, drip edge, ice & water shield, labor, disposal. You see exactly what each layer of the system costs. No high-pressure pitch.
03 · Insurance support
If storm damage caused the work, we meet your adjuster on-site so the scope is right the first time. We file supplements when their estimate misses items. We never start work that isn't carrier-approved.
04 · In-house install crew
Real local crews — never subcontractors. They wear our shirts, drive our trucks, work on our payroll. Most residential roofs finished in 2–4 days. Larger or multi-slope homes take 4–6.
05 · Final walkthrough & cleanup
Magnetic sweep of driveway and lawn (twice). All construction debris hauled off the same day. Warranty registered in your name. Written workmanship guarantee in your inbox before we leave.
Warranties built in
Manufacturer warranties up to 50 years (GAF Golden Pledge, Owens Corning System Protection) plus our 10-year workmanship warranty — both registered in your name and transferable if you sell.
Why our process actually finishes on time.
Project manager on every job
Your project manager calls every morning with the day's plan and again at end-of-day with photos. One point of contact from estimate to depreciation release.
Manufacturer-certified install
GAF and Owens Corning certifications mean we install according to manufacturer specifications — that's also what keeps the lifetime warranties valid.
Weather windows planned around Houston
Houston rains often. We watch the radar, stage materials defensively, and never leave a roof open overnight. If a thunderstorm hits mid-day, we tarp and resume the next sunny morning.
Written supplement protocol
If we find decking damage, code-required upgrades, or hidden flashing failures mid-job, you get a written supplement with photos before any extra work begins. No surprise invoices.
Cleanup is part of the job
Two magnetic sweeps of every driveway and lawn area. All shingle bundles, underlayment scraps, and nails hauled to disposal the same day. Your landscaping survives.
Communication doesn't stop at install
Final invoices, warranty paperwork, and insurance depreciation paperwork get sent the same week. You don't have to chase us — and we don't disappear on you.
Quick answers to the most common questions.
How long does the typical roof replacement take?
Most single-family residential roofs (2,000–3,500 sqft) are torn off, decked-out, underlaid, shingled, and cleaned up in 2–4 days. Larger or steeper homes take 4–6 days. We never leave a roof open overnight.
Do you require a deposit?
On cash jobs, we collect 1/3 at material delivery, 1/3 at install start, and 1/3 at final walkthrough. On insurance claims, we work with the ACV/RCV payment schedule — no upfront cash required from you. We never ask for full payment before the work is complete.
What happens if it rains during my install?
We tarp every plane that's open and resume the next dry workday. We watch the radar 48 hours out and stage materials so we never have to leave a slope exposed. If a tropical storm or hurricane is in the forecast, we delay the project rather than risk water damage to your interior.
Who shows up on install day — your crew or subcontractors?
Our in-house crews. They wear Texas Premier Contractors shirts, drive TPC trucks, and are W-2 employees on our payroll. We don't subcontract to chase volume — that's the #1 reason roofing jobs go sideways.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
Walk us through your concerns at the final walkthrough — we'll fix anything in writing on the spot. Beyond that, you have our 10-year workmanship warranty and the manufacturer warranty (up to 50 years on GAF and Owens Corning systems). Both registered in your name.
Will you protect my landscaping and driveway?
Yes. Every job gets tarps spread under work areas, plywood protection on driveways for material drop-offs, and two magnetic sweeps for nails. We move planters and patio furniture to safe locations and put them back.
