Full roof replacement, done right the first time.
Tear-off, decking inspection, ice-and-water shield, synthetic underlayment, shingle install, ridge ventilation, and warranty registration. Most residential roofs are finished in 2–4 days.
Customized planning, honest options.
We start with a comprehensive on-site consultation. Our team assesses your current roof — decking condition, ventilation balance, flashing details, drip edge — and discusses your priorities so we can recommend a system that fits your budget, your timeline, and your insurance situation.
You'll see materials in your hand. We bring shingle samples for you to compare in your home's natural light. Color, texture, and the actual feel of the shingle in your hand all matter — and they're hard to judge from a brochure.
Then we lay out clear material and warranty options so you can choose the roof system that fits your home, timeline, and budget.

Quick answers to the most common questions.
How long does a full roof replacement take?
Most single-family residential roofs are completed in 2–4 days, weather permitting. Larger or multi-slope homes take 4–6. We don't leave the roof open overnight.
Do I need to be home during the install?
Not the whole time. The first day's tear-off and the day of underlayment install are loud — most homeowners step out. We'll keep you updated daily by phone.
Will you replace damaged decking?
Yes — and we'll show you photos of any rot or damage we find before we replace it. Decking replacement isn't included in the base estimate (it's priced per sheet) but it's usually a small portion of the project.
Can I keep my existing gutters?
Yes, but tear-off can stress aging gutters. If yours are past their service life, replacing them at the same time is much cheaper than coming back later.
